Shane is a seasoned HR recruitment & seach Director &  founded @Civitas Talent, The HR & HSE Recruitment Community and hosts "The HR Community Podcast" which showcases journeys, experiences and advice from some of ANZs most senior and accomplished HR & People leaders.
Personally, Shane is originally from the beautiful coastline of Galway in Ireland, and relocated to Australia 8+ years ago and after travelling APAC. Sydney became home quickly for Shane, where he settled and built a successful recruitment career in Sydney, however this does not constrain where Civitas and Shane operate, as the business expands into overseas hiring and growth.
