Personally, Shane is originally from the beautiful coastline of Galway in Ireland, and relocated to Australia 8+ years ago and after travelling APAC. Sydney became home quickly for Shane, where he settled and built a successful recruitment career in Sydney, however this does not constrain where Civitas and Shane operate, as the business expands into overseas hiring and growth.
